Our office is now OPEN for ALL dental procedures including non-essential and elective services, in addition to emergency and urgent care. Regular hygiene and restorative procedures are to be continued as usual. At Scott Family Dental we prioritize the safety of our patients, our team and the Thunder Bay community. Thus we have created extra precautionary measures when visiting our dental office in Thunder Bay.
Please read the following changes that will apply during your upcoming appointment:
Please book your appointment on phone, and answer our Covid screening questionnaire.
We are trying to social distance our clients, so it is important that you arrive on time for your appointment. We might ask you to wait outside in your car until the room is ready for you.
Please come alone, unless accompanying a child or a person who requires accommodation.
We will be asking Covid screening questions when you arrive to our office.
We ask you to hand sanitize when you arrive to Scott Family Dental, as well as when departing.
If you don’t have your own, we will provide you with a mask that we ask you to wear while in our office, except for during dental procedures.
We have removed all magazines and toys from the waiting room, and some of our chairs to allow for social distancing.
